I believe the tiniest spaces hold the biggest dreams.
Three years ago, I moved into a 380-square-foot studio apartment with big Pinterest dreams and a very small budget. My “dining room” doubled as my office, my gym, and — on brave weekends — a guest bedroom. I spent hours scrolling through beautiful home inspiration, but everything seemed made for sprawling houses and endless wallets. Nothing was made for someone like me.
So I started experimenting. I learned which storage tricks actually work in real life, how to make a $20 thrift-store find look like a designer piece, and why the right mirror can turn a shoebox into a sanctuary. I made plenty of mistakes — and had just as many tiny, joyful wins.
My Small Nest was born from all of it.
